Financial Insight Technology, Inc. ("The Finance Tech Hub") offers an opt-in SMS programme for newsletter subscribers to receive time-sensitive market and regulatory alerts that complement our regular newsletter, plus occasional event invitations where you have separately consented.
2. How to opt in
You may opt in by:
- Providing your mobile number on a contact or registration form and ticking the SMS consent checkbox
- Replying JOIN to a verification SMS we send
- Confirming SMS preferences inside your subscriber preferences page
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or have the account holder's permission to do so.
By opting in, you provide your prior express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages sent using an Automatic Telephone Dialing System (ATDS). Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message frequency
Frequency varies. You may receive between zero and four alerts per month tied to time-sensitive market or regulatory developments, plus occasional event-related messages where you have separately consented.
4. Fees
Message and data rates may apply. Financial Insight Technology, Inc. does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile operator's standard rates apply.
5. Help and opt-out
- For help, reply HELP at any time, or email support@thefinancetechhub.com.
- To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.
6. Privacy
Your mobile number is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Supported carriers
The programme is available on most major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Programme changes
We may modify or terminate the SMS programme at any time without notice. The current version of these terms is always available on this page.
