1. Which laws this covers
This notice describes your rights under:

- The Colorado Privacy Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, and similar U.S. state privacy laws
- The UK GDPR and EU GDPR equivalents (right to object to processing, right to erasure)

- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and retain
- Request deletion of personal information we hold
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Receive a portable copy of your personal information
- Non-discrimination — exercising any of these rights will never result in adverse treatment from us
3. How to exercise these rights
Choose any of the channels below. We will acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days (extendable by 45 days where reasonably necessary, with notice to you).

4. Verification
Before fulfilling a sensitive request (e.g., access or deletion), we will ask you to verify your identity by confirming information already in our records. We will not request additional personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to verify.
5. Authorised agents
You may designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission signed by you and may need to verify their own identity.
6. Sensitive personal information
We collect only the minimum personal information necessary for the legitimate business purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose other than those permitted under applicable law.
