1. Who we are
Financial Insight Technology, Inc. ("The Finance Tech Hub", "we", "us", or "our") is an independent fintech analysis and media platform incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA, operating from 44 Wall St., #705, New York, NY 10005. We operate thefinancetechhub.com and publish independent analysis covering banking, payments, AI, and RegTech.
We are the data controller for personal information processed through this website, our newsletter (The Bridge), and our optional SMS programme.
2. The data we collect
We collect personal data in three principal ways:
- Information you provide directly — name, work email, company, role, message content, and any other details you choose to submit through a contact form, newsletter signup, or discovery call request.
- Information collected automatically — when you visit the site, our service providers may automatically collect IP address (anonymised), browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, and approximate location.
- Information from contributors and editorial workflows — when a guest contributor submits an article or when a reader submits a tip, we process the personal data necessary to credit the contributor or follow up on the submission.

For users in the UK or EEA, we additionally rely on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) as lawful bases under the UK GDPR / EU GDPR.
SMS communications are governed by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227. By opting in, you provide your prior express written consent to receive automated messages.
